I do not offer refunds, as time and products are dedicated to each individual appointment. However, I’m always happy to make adjustments if you reach out within a reasonable timeframe so we can ensure you love your results.

Cancellation Policy

Bienvenue Salon cancellation & no show policy We understand things happen and you can be running behind. If you know you are going to be late, please let us know as soon as possible that you will be running behind. Clients must acknowledge that being 15 minutes late to their appointment will need to either reschedule appointment or we ask to change to a shortened appointment time. If we have to reschedule or cancel within 48 hours of the time you canceled to the time of your appointment , you will be charged 50% of our service cost due to the lost service time We will do our best to service you if you happen to be late but we won't move our other scheduled clients around to accommodate you being late.
